Personal

Anton Michlmayr was born in Linz, Austria in December 1979. From October 1999, he studied computer science at Vienna University of Technology, where he received his Dipl.-Ing. (MSc.) degree in April 2005 (with distinction).
From August 2005 to May 2006, he was project assistant at the Distributed Systems Group in the research project RAY. Since June 2006, he is a PhD student and university assistant at the Distributed Systems Group.
Besides computers, he likes sports (volleyball, cycling, watching football), music, reading, traveling, and juggling.
