| Goals |
The goal of this lecture is do discuss theoretical foundations, technologies, architectures, standards and examples of recent developments regarding Internet Computing and their applications. In particular we focus on Service-oriented Computing and Web services. The lecture will be held entirely in english. Lab support will be provided in both german and english language.

05.10.2009, 15:00 Course kickoff meeting During the kickoff meeting we will briefly present the lab assignments for this year, and the organization of the course. Note: both the organizational framework and the contents are slightly different than last year, so information that you have from colleagues etc. who did the course last year may be inaccurate. The kickoff meeting is not mandatory, everything that you need to know will also be published online. However, it may help if at least one person per lab group could attend the kickoff, in order to resolve problems directly and face-to-face.
| Exam |
The written exam covers the content of the lecture, i.e., use the slides of the lecture as a guideline. No books, print-outs or other material is allowed to be used during the exam. The exam lasts for one hour. Please bring your student ID card.
The final grade is composed of the grade of the lecture part and the lab part. Both parts need to be positive.Lab: 50 points total Task 1: 25 points Task 2: 25 points 25 points > positiv VO Exam: 40 points total 20 points > positiv Grade: 90 points total 45 points > positivGrading scheme: S1 > 80 points U2 > 70 points B3 > 55 points G4 > 45 points
