Description

In the practical part the students will have to implement, deploy, and test a (prototype) application or middleware related to, and embedded into one of our research projects:

• Foundations of Self-governing ICT Infrastructures and
• Energy efficient Large Scale Distributed Systems

The middleware / applications will cover one of the following areas:

• SLA management in Clouds
  • autonomic manager
  • self-* properties
• SLA monitoring
  • Resource metrics vs SLAs
  • scalable SLA management
