The book is meant to be used as a textbook and here are some

Errata sheet lists all the errors found so far in the book. If you discover errors, please send them to the authors.

instructors and explains the philosophy of the book.
Sample syllabi is a starting point for
course planning. There are several different syllabi for different
courses that may be based on the book, including hints on how much time
to devote to each chapter.
Teaching Points lists the points that
students should learn from each chapter. Instructors should emphasize
these points. They may also be used to check the students'
understanding.
