Errata sheet lists all the errors found so far in the book. If you discover errors, please send them to the authors.

Book's Preface   is addressed to instructors and explains the philosophy of the book.
Sample syllabi is a starting point for course planning. There are several different syllabi for different courses that may be based on the book, including hints on how much time to devote to each chapter.

Teaching Points  lists the points that students should learn from each chapter. Instructors should emphasize these points. They may also be used to check the students' understanding.

Presentation slides

You can find PowerPoint presentation slides for each chapter and the case studies. The slides are in editable form so that you can customize them to your and your students' needs. Related Links points you to related and more detailed material organized by chapters.
