Ahmad Kamran is a PhD Student in the Distributed Systems Group, at the Vienna University of Technology, supervised by Prof. Schahram Dustdar.

In 2007 he received MS in Computer Science from Muhammad Ali Jinnah University, Islamabad, Pakistan. In 1999, he recieved M.Sc. in Computer Science from Gomal University, D.I. Khan, Pakistan. From 1999–2007 he has been working as lecturer in computer science.

Research Interests

Currently his research interest is focused on Web services, collaborative systems, context sharing, privacy, and access control. He has also been working on distributed databases, data integration, peer data management, and query processing.
