Short CV

I was born and raised in Sinj, Croatia. I did my bachelor and masters studies in Computer Science at the University of Split, Faculty of Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering and Naval Architecture (FESB), Croatia, where I received my Bachelors degree in 2009, and Masters degree in 2011. During my study I worked as a student assistant at FESB, where I was engaged in several student as well as scientific research projects. As an Erasmus student I did my Master thesis at Vienna University of Technology. Currently, I am pursuing my PhD and also working as a research assistant at the Distributed Systems Group, Institute of Information Systems, Vienna University of Technology.

Research Interests

My research interest includes the following:

  • Cloud computing
  • Energy consumption in Computer systems
  • Cloud system metrics
  • Security in Cloud systems
  • Service Level Agreement (SLA) management

Projects

Currently working on following projects:

  • HALEY - Holistic Energy Efficient Approach for the Management of Hybrid Clouds, Research award from TU Vienna, 2011
